Scotland Stands Up | BBC Scotland

BBC Scotland is to broadcast a stand-up special as part of its festive celebrations on Hogmany – Dec 31st 2023 at 10pm on BBC Scotland.

Scotland Stands Up will be hosted by Jim Smith, and feature sets from Susie McCabeJamie MacDonaldStuart McPherson and Marjolein Robertson.

The Arctic

This documentary film about the Arctic was commissioned by SAGES to be a high level overview of the region and draw attention to its changes as the climate warms.

SAGES pools world-leading expertise in geoscience and environmental science from across Scotland’s research base, creating a multi-disciplinary alliance at the forefront of earth and environmental research.

Succession series 2

I did some additional photography for the 2nd unit – filming most of the principal characters for HBO / Sky Atlantic including Mark Strong and Alan Ruck. The footage was projected at the V&A museum on a screen in a key scene for the episode. The thought of something I filmed on a screen that size was really exciting. In the audience were the likes of Brain Cox, Holly Hunter and James Cromwell. It was an amazing opportunity to steal some screen time on an Emmy winning series!
