Edinburgh conference event video – Erasmus+

The key to a successful conference event video is creating a valuable, lasting legacy of the conference event. Live conference events have become a key part of our video production work as it provides our clients with a series of video assets that can be easily distributed online to promote future conference events. Edinburgh attracts alot of talent and offers lots to see and do for conference delates. Yesterday I was the Erasmus+ annual conference at the John McIntyre Conference Centre which is part of Edinburgh university’s Pollock Halls. Together with 20/20 Productions producer Andrew Botros we shot nine 2-3 minute individual interviews. Our conference event video was a highlights film of people engaging at the conference. My background as a live vent videographer means I’ve very experienced filming large groups of delates to produce a conference event video that carries the vibe of the event.

Often we are tasked with providing full conference event video coverage – which can last up to 10 hours – and provide a 2 camera set up to allow of a more interesting edit presentation. We also have the capacity to include the screen displays in a picture-in-picture format so you can see the speak giver and their slides. Yesterday we produced more personal stories about the benefits of the conference for delegates.

We have other examples of conference event videos for clients such as Ted X, GCHQ, Shell, International Astronautical Conference, British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, The Scottish Pharmacy Awards, The VOWS awards, the National Association of Funeral Directors and RBS.

Our conference event cameras includes a suite of x3 Sony 4K broadcast cameras. Together with our LiveU package, we can also offer a live video transmission as a part of our conference event video packages.
